Nano Flow’s Malaria (Pf HRP2) gold conjugate is built on a highly specific monoclonal antibody against Plasmodium falciparum Histidine Rich Protein 2 (Pf HRP2). This conjugate has been validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, ensuring strong performance in malaria diagnostics. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, providing developers with a complete antibody pair for rapid test development.

The conjugate is optimized to deliver sensitive and specific detection of Pf HRP2, with no cross-reactivity reported with other Plasmodium species. Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), it guarantees excellent reproducibility, stability, and strong visual signal intensity in nitrocellulose-based assays.
