Nano Flow’s SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid (N) gold conjugate is based on a monoclonal antibody specifically targeting the nucleocapsid protein of SARS-CoV-2. Validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, this conjugate provides high sensitivity across all major SARS-CoV-2 variants, including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omicron. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, enabling developers to build complete antibody pairs optimized for rapid and sensitive COVID-19 antigen tests.

This antibody has been proven in regulated immunoassays worldwide and demonstrates no cross-reactivity with seasonal coronaviruses (NL63, 229E, OC43), MERS-CoV, or other common respiratory viruses such as adenovirus, parainfluenza, rhinovirus, RSV, or metapneumovirus. It does cross-react with SARS-CoV, ensuring specificity within the sarbecovirus group. Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), this conjugate ensures reproducibility, stability, and strong signal intensity for rapid antigen test formats.
