Nano Flow’s Anti-KPC gold conjugate is based on a monoclonal antibody targeting the Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC) enzyme, a key antimicrobial resistance marker. Validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, it enables highly specific detection of KPC-producing Gram-negative bacteria. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, providing developers with a complete antibody pair for assay design.

This conjugate shows no cross-reactivity with other carbapenemases, ensuring reliable performance in antimicrobial resistance testing. Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), it guarantees reproducibility, stability, and strong visual signals for rapid detection assays.
