Nano Flow’s Anti-VIM gold conjugate is based on a monoclonal antibody targeting Verona Integron-Mediated Metallo-beta-lactamase (VIM), a major antimicrobial resistance marker in Gram-negative bacteria. Validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, it ensures highly specific and reproducible detection of VIM-producing bacteria. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, providing developers with a complete pair solution for rapid diagnostic assay design.

This conjugate demonstrates no cross-reactivity with other carbapenemases, ensuring diagnostic precision. Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), it guarantees reproducibility, long-term stability, and strong visual signal intensity across assay formats.
