Nano Flow’s Ebola Virus Nucleoprotein (NP) gold conjugate is built on a highly specific monoclonal antibody targeting the nucleoprotein of Ebola Virus (EBOV). Validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, it provides reliable performance for Ebola diagnostics. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, enabling developers to create optimized antibody pairs for rapid and sensitive test development.

Mouse anti-Rat IgG Gold

This conjugate reacts with Ebola Virus nucleoproteins of both Sudan and Zaire strains, as well as Ebola Virus-Like Particles (VLPs). Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), it ensures reproducibility, long-term stability, and strong visual signal intensity in lateral flow formats and other immunoassays.
