Nano Flow’s West Nile Virus (WNV NS1) gold conjugate is based on a monoclonal antibody specifically targeting the West Nile Virus NS1 protein. Validated as a detection antibody in lateral flow assays, it provides developers with high sensitivity and reliability for WNV diagnostics. The corresponding capture antibody is also available, allowing the design of complete antibody pairs optimized for rapid test development.

The antibody shows no cross-reactivity with other Flaviviruses, ensuring high diagnostic accuracy even in regions where multiple arboviruses co-circulate. Produced on Nano Flow’s highly spherical 40 nm gold nanoparticles (OD20), this conjugate combines reproducibility, long-term stability, and sharp visual signals in nitrocellulose-based assays.
